By accessing or using Rhelm ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Rhelm is an AI agent orchestration and project management platform. The Service is currently in pre-alpha and features may change without notice. We make no guarantees about uptime, availability, or feature completeness during this phase.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the Service's operation, to attempt unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure, or to use the Service to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service. We retain ownership of the Service, its software, design, and branding. You grant us a limited license to host and display your content as necessary to operate the Service.
If you provide your own API keys for LLM providers, you are responsible for any charges incurred through those providers. Rhelm is not responsible for costs, outages, or policy changes from third-party AI model providers.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Rhelm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
